Steps

You’ll need: cutting board, sharp knife, serving platter.

  1. Rinse the fruit. Slice the top and bottom off each grapefruit and orange, then cut away the peel and white pith, following the curve of the fruit.
  2. Slice the grapefruit and oranges into rounds, or cut between the membranes to free the segments. Save the juice.
  3. Arrange the citrus and kiwi on a platter. Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the top.
  4. Stir the honey into 2 tablespoons of the saved juice and drizzle over. Finish with the mint.
Make aheadCut the citrus up to 1 day ahead; add the kiwi and mint just before serving.
🧒 With kidsGrown-ups do the peeling with the knife; kids can arrange the fruit and pick pomegranate seeds. Honey is not safe for babies under 1 year old.
Vegan swapUse maple syrup instead of honey.
