Steps

You’ll need: cutting board, large plate, small microwave-safe bowl.

  1. Toss the apple slices with the lemon juice and spread them on a large plate, overlapping a little.
  2. Warm the sunflower seed butter in the microwave 10 to 15 seconds so it drizzles, then drizzle it over the apples with a spoon.
  3. Scatter the raisins, granola and chocolate chips (if using) on top. Dust with cinnamon and serve right away.
Make aheadSlice the apples just before serving; lemon juice slows browning for a few hours.
🧒 With kidsKids can build their own plate. For children under 4, cut apples into thin matchsticks and skip whole raisins.
Dairy-free swapSkip the chocolate chips or use dairy-free ones.
Nut free swapSunflower seed butter is nut-free; check that the granola is too.
