ὁδός
ho-DOSὁδός, ὁδοῦ, ἡ — way, road
- Second declension feminine: declined like λόγος but takes the feminine article (ἡ ὁδός, τῆς ὁδοῦ).
- Oxytone (ὁδοῦ, ὁδῷ). In Acts ἡ ὁδός “the Way” names the Christian movement.
Forms in bold occur in the New Testament; the others complete the pattern. A dash (—) marks a form that does not exist.
